United Arab Emirates Romantic Holidays

First off, we checked into an extremely untidy room. The bedding and pillowcases had clearly not been changed and were covered in hair. The room was also very dusty and, overall, the condition was horrible. Our stay was a very unpleasant experience. My wife became sick after we checked out because she is allergic to dust, which made the situation even worse. We expected a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately, that was not what we received. I also want to mention the way some of the delivery workers are treated. It was honestly very upsetting to witness. We are all human beings, and I don’t understand why anyone should be treated as though they are less important or less deserving of respect than others. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both the cleanliness of the rooms and the way workers are treated.

Overall it was good but the staff at the front cafe during the day ( breakfast/lunch) time are not helpful at all, Was not happy with their service.

We had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay at Emirates Palace! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. A special thank you to Olga for making our stay and my husband’s birthday so memorable. The beautiful birthday cake and balloons were such a thoughtful surprise for him and made the celebration even more special. 🎂🎈❤️ We also had an early check-in and were able to enjoy the hotel’s amazing facilities beyond both our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was perfect — the beautiful surroundings, outstanding facilities, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. We truly felt cared for and appreciated throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire Emirates Palace team for creating such wonderful memories for us. We absolutely loved our experience and look forward to coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
