The concierge service at this hotel is extremely disappointing and poorly organized. On several occasions, I specifically requested a car to be ready at a certain time, only to come downstairs and find that no car was available, leaving me waiting. The most frustrating incident happened when I asked the concierge to arrange a car for the following day to take me to Falaknuma Palace for about an hour and then continue to the airport. Unfortunately, they failed to make the required reservation for the palace. When I arrived, I was refused entry because I did not have a confirmed booking. This completely ruined the visit. The hotel’s response was simply to waive an extra charge of around 600–700 rupees, as though the issue were about a few hundred rupees. It was not about the money; it was about the inconvenience, the wasted time, and the failure of the concierge to properly handle a very straightforward request. For a hotel charging around $450 per night and presenting itself as a five-star property, I expect a much higher level of organization, attention to detail, and service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this has been one of the worst hotel stays I have had. The service is nowhere near what I would expect from a five-star hotel. In my opinion, three stars would be a more appropriate rating.

The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to rest. I was highly impressed by the hospitality; the entire staff was extremely polite, professional, and always eager to assist with a smile....
