A good hotel to stay since it's in the middle of the shopping district. Great savers from commuting & pretty easy to find foods & shopping. Hotel room itself was good, nothing much to complain about except thru out my stay I had to call up the room service for towels as they forget to put it after the room service.

Great location - near several shopping mall (ie: berjaya time sq, Plaza Sungei Wang, Lot10). Monorail station is just diagonally next to hotel (about 2-3 mins walk). From station to hotel is sheltered (but shelter is leaking, not within hotel control).. Staffs are very helpful and polite - like their initiative/proactive in offering all kinda help and answer to your enquries. Will recommend Park Royal..
Still so new some taxi drivers did not know where it was until you produced the business card with map. A great place to stay, pool was tops.
Easy walking to food, markets, and ritzy area.
Staff were very helpfull sorting requests and very good at returning information to you.
Breakfast was excellent, they don't have a restaurant yet.
We would definitely stay there again.
Overall the facility is an older 5 star. The room I had was a 3.5 due to cheap refinishing with poor craftsmanship in the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very good Breakfast buffet, Lunches and diners are probably OK if you are Old school Indian or devout Muslim. They appear to have a number of culinary awards but I found it impossible to put together a lunch or diner that was any good and somewhat expensive for food I found disgusting. I’m not a picky eater and will try most anything but most of the dishes I found completely unacceptable and I don’t know how anyone ate it.
Hotel was modern in a great location. Bed a little too firm and I kept tripping whenever I went from the bathroom to bedroom because of the lowered tiles. Other than that the room was very nice and comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit meh, not many choices but then again it was complimentary...
If you can get a good discounted rate online I would recommend staying here otherwise look elsewhere (but in the same area) as it's close to monorail and huge malls.
We had such a wonderful time in Kuala Lumpar and it all started off as soon as we arrived in our hotel. The bell stops were onto it with our bags. Big smiles and greetings. The young lady who checked us in was also so helpful and friendly too. The room size was average, lovely decor and the bathroom was huge. Our rate included breakfast and there was alot of choices, cold & hot. We also ate in the hotel restaurant and was pleasantly suprised to find out the cost was not expensive. We would happily stay there again!
