"I stayed there for 3 nights and the stuffs are lovely and dedicated to their guests, first room I stayed had a little food crumbles probably from previous guest as I knew the receptionist explained to me that cleaning was delayed due to previous guest they needed to rush to clean the room for me and it wasn’t many so it didn’t bother me. Thank you for warm welcoming and looking after me while I was there:) Will definitely recommend to my friends and families if they visit Da Nang."

"I wasn't expecting this to compare to to a high end european hotel but it really was better in many ways. Huge rooms , cleaned perfectly and perfect AC temperature. The people make Vietnam what its is and again that carries over with the staff, who were to a person helpful and exceptionally respectful.
