"Hotel is in a great location for easy access to 2 Tube stations, restaurants, and quick groceries. Kensington Park was just blocks away to get away from hustle and bustle of the street. Hotel is on a quiet backstreet. Comfortable bed, welcoming staff, held our luggage safely upon our arrival until our room was ready. Room was tiny, but we weren’t in it much. "Good location for walking to various areas in central London. Hyde park was always lovely to walk through. Check in was seamless, room was a nice size, clean and lovely large tub! The bed mattress was pretty firm not my liking but that’s a personal preference. Overall, great experience! "
