"Good location for walking to various areas in central London. Hyde park was always lovely to walk through. Check in was seamless, room was a nice size, clean and lovely large tub! The bed mattress was pretty firm not my liking but that’s a personal preference. Overall, great experience! "

"Hotel is in a great location for easy access to 2 Tube stations, restaurants, and quick groceries. Kensington Park was just blocks away to get away from hustle and bustle of the street. Hotel is on a quiet backstreet. Comfortable bed, welcoming staff, held our luggage safely upon our arrival until our room was ready. Room was tiny, but we weren’t in it much.
