"I had a very nice stay at Ember Locke Kensington. The decor in the hotel, and in the rooms themselves, is excellent. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning and was very comfortable. I made use of the kitchenette. Only complaint is that one elevator was down and the elevator that was working was a bit dirty and could have used a food cleaning. "

As usual room is smal but very clean and decent television and charging points Bar now good buzzy place with friendly staff -Bugis restaurant seems to have gone back - more senior staff seem a bit under motivated which doesnt leave good impression on customer - younger seem much snappier Its very convenient opposite Goucester road tube and Im very happy to return but pity about Bugis ph cri"

"Hotel was set up well for travelers staying for more than a couple nights. The gym and laundry room were clean and the breakfast was organized--all with good availability. The breakfast food was the same each day of our stay and was "just okay." We liked having a suite, but weirdly there was more room allocated for the non-sleeping area, which left the bedroom side very cramped. Although there is no room service, an excellent Italian restaurant next door will quickly deliver food to your room....

"The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are small, but the bed and linens are good. We booked a room with a king-size bed only to find out that a king-size bed in the UK is like a queen-size bed in the USA. The tube station is close to the hotel, and several dining options are nearby. I would stay here again."

"The property was central to where I needed to be. I do not like staying at chains and love to experience quaint and local places. The room was clean and the shower was amazing with a rain water head (once I figured out the hot/cold). Breakfast was enough everyday to get me going. The staff was beyond professional you would have thought it was a 5 star resort. I would like them to know I made it to Heathrow on the train. If I have to come back I would definitely book this location again!!!"
