Really nice comfortable well placed hotel.

A really nice comfortable hotel. The rooms are nice . Staff were friendly and efficient . The breakfast is highly recommended. In a great position for attractions such as museums and short walk to Harrods etc.

Very good personal service. Hotel was in restoration. I think it will be very nice when they finish. Some rooms are too small. Better to choose the larger rooms than the economic ones because they are too small.

I have stayed at this hotel before when I've been to an event at the Royal Albert Hall as it's within easy walking distance and this was also the reason for my stay this time. I came with a friend we had adjoining rooms which were very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The staff are lovely and friendly and even remembered us from our visit last year which made it all the more special. I would definitely stay here again. This an excellent hotel. As soon as you come in, it feels like home. The staff is great. They are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is wonderful. It is a 5-min walk to the tube station.
