"Location is perfect: right on 70th Street in the heart of Laureles. The hotel itself is clean but can use some touchups here and there. Small things, like, the bathroom sink didn't have hot water (faucet turned but no water); the sink let water down very slowly. "Overall a great property and all of the staff members were very helpful. The only reason I took a start away is because every time my room was cleaned, they never replaced the wash cloth. I had to keep asking for new ones everyday. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The drink service at our room door was a very pleasant surprise. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and there was never a time I didn't feel unsafe. I would stay here again in the future. "
