"Although I booked for riverside, we were put in one of their other accommodations. Staff were excellent. Room was very nice, very clean and comfortable beds. Tea/coffee facilities in room, always good to have. Toiletries and towels. Shower was good, but only downside, it flooded the bathroom floor, as doors didn’t close properly. "

"On arrival there is limited information on where to park and where to check-in. Following my experience, I had to provide assistance to another traveller that was also at a loss. The room itself is functional. The bathroom has motion sensor lighting, so the door was closed. Subsequently, due to the lack of ventilation, the bathroom was smelly and there were areas that could do with some mould and mildew spray to sort both its appearance and the smell.
