"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"We checked into the Suite on 25th of June. The place was nice and clean, We had a lovely stay the only nag is the lifts but when you are fully occupied the lifts will take time. Floor 47 was amazing as it has the rooftop outdoor swimming pool and we loved it. Thanks"

In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us.
