The Sanchaya
5.0 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (99)
"From the moment we were met at the Sanchaya lounge at the ferry terminal and all through our stay, the service was like no other I have ever experienced. Every staff member went over and beyond to make sure all was good for you and always with a beautiful smile. A very special thank you to Nawa (front desk manager) who was so helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile and helped with organising trips, printing off documents and making bookings. Also to some of the other staff, Hadi (who...

"Everything is excellent, we have enjoyed our stay as we like the quietness and the friendly staffs. It will be great if there is free hotel mini bus or transport provided between hotel and ferry terminal. The snookering recommended by hotel is nice, their staffs are really helpful and friendly. I will give them a thumbs up. Overall, it’s a great trip. "

Mutiara Beach Resort
3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (85)
"The staff are super friendly and helpful, food is very good and well priced, my partner took a massage and really enjoyed it, the beach is lovely and it is very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation itself is very basic, but that’s ok as long as you are aware of it. Main disadvantage for me is that toilet is outside the hut and only has cold water for showering. A solar powered water heater would be an ecofriendly option if maybe they want to upgrade at some point. Our bathroom door didn’t...

Trikora Beach Club & Resort
4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (36)
"Very beautiful property with lovely sunrises over the sea. Good options for visiting islands by boat, kayaking, snorkeling etc though the setup is slightly rustic. If you are going in the hot season though, beware that the air conditioning is underpowered and rooms get quite hot though the staff were able to provide us with a couple of fans. "

"The staff were all very nice and friendly. I was really disappointed to find out that the beach is closed at this time of year. Booked 3 nights here for the beach pics advertised. Pool beautiful. Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19."
