"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

Excellent location, easily accessible from High Street Kensington station and with lots of restaurants nearby. Room: Absolutely tiny room. I didn't go for a suite or anything, but I really wasn't expecting how small the room was. And the furnishings were not even as good as budget 3 star hotel chains. A refurbishment and pricing...

"The hotel was nice, but lacked attention to detail. Dirty behind the desks and in less visible areas. There were very limited usb charging options and no outlets near the bed. The shower was odd and difficult to use without getting water everywhere. Overall an ok stay, but won't be back."

"The hotel room was fully renovated, very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big enough and had a good and relaxing shower. Hotel was under renovations and only negative point was that they did not let us know about the temporary entrance. The surrounding area was well served by restaurants and coffee shops, and very near from the next subway station. Hotel had a bar with pool table and thought that was cool they were transmitting Premier League and Formula 1 on a big screen."
