The property is accessible to the Underground and airport which saves lots of money. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Manager always has a smile and is super kind.

Buffet breakfast excellent in regards to quality of food. Room and areas leading to room clean . Staff friendly and professional. More info at check in would have been useful. In regards to room we were unsure how to get it warmer. Eventually went to reception who switched heat on. No info by thermostat to explain this process.

Just a few things the room was very cold and the dial on my radiator in room 437 was broken, there wasn’t a toilet brush and the pipe on shower leaked. But that’s all that could be done to improve the room
