Great location, subway 8 minutes walk, busses 2 minutes walk, shopping nearby and convenient stores and restaurant. The breakfast was great, with lots of food items. The cleaning staffs were wonderful.

This area is perfect it’s has so many shops nearby restaurants nearby and the tube is literally up the street which is perfect for transportation. The staff is super friendly and nice the room was a good size clean and comfortable

It can be noisy in the morning when the bottles were being collected. The pouring of many bottles into the truck is really loud.

We chose the Hammersmith area to be close to North Acton. Otherwise, I would never have considered it. We were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied overall. We stayed for 6 nights. There was a standard breakfast included and it had enough options to keep us filled for hours plain yogurt, fruit compote, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans, hash browns, pastries, toast, hot drinks, juice and fruit). We arrived after midnight and the Receptionist was very friendly, as were ALL the employees we interacted with during our stay. When there was a problem with the air con, Menino (?) offered a room change without any hassle. Special thanks to the female Receptionist who handled the storage of my luggage pre-arrival. Much appreciated. I needed to put something in a fridge and they happily offered to keep it at Reception, from where I would retrieve it every morning. Thanks! The hotel is well situated off of King Street, where you will find Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Sainsbury, Lidl, Primark, TK Maxx and eateries. There is a pub at the corner which was usually busy. The bus station is a 7 minute walk, also the underground which is served by the Hammersmith & City, District & Circle and Picadilly lines. If you are flying to/from Heathrow, use the Picadilly Line and if you are using Gatwick, catch the District or Circle line to Victoria where you can get the Gatwick Express. We decided to take a taxi to Victoria for 47 pounds. Money well spent. Would recommend this hotel.

This was an easy check-in/check-out. The staff was friendly and made sure that we had what was needed. Due to my being an IHG member, I was able to check in early. This was much appreciated after a long overseas flight. I would stay at this IHG hotel again. I recommend it.

Hotel was a perfect location for my visit to the Eventim Apollo Staff were friendly Only issue I had was that the AirCon in the room didn’t appear to work so I had to have window open which meant it was a bit noisy but I was only staying one night and not the end of the world I would stay there again
