Shower curtain covered in mold. Bed was like sleeping directly on the springs. Incredibly noisy from cars and people on the street. Staff was friendly though.

I understand this was a budget room but it was a hovel. The place was filthy. We had bed bugs on one of the beds. Bathroom was filthy dirty and the door was totally broken. Cracked tiles in the bathroom and just plain disgusting. Half the lights didn’t work. Floor was dirty. Curtains dirty. Room needed a new coat of paint. You could smell marujuana on the lobby floor. Pictures on website totally misleading. TV didn’t work. Even if this is a budget hotel you deserve to have a clean room. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

It does a job.

Nice hotel does what you need it to do if your just there for a night or two and need somewhere to sleep.... Small rooms but has everything you need... Could benefit from some modern decor a splash of colour everything a little bland and dated...

Hotel lived up to the rubbish reviews It’s cheap and deservedly so Really uncomfortable beds with springs sticking through the mattress Bathroom falling apart Even the reception area is Grim and dirty But not complaining though, for £50 we paid to crash after evening at the football and then on the town it’s perfect cheap way to spend a fun night in London

Poor quality hotel

Piles of laundry and pizza boxes in the corridors. Hand prints and dirt on the walls. Dust on the floors. Metal framed camping type bed that hurt to sit on. Tiny room. Next to loud and busy street but had to sleep with windows open. Maybe cheap but travelodge would be 10x better.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stead in, blood stains on mattress . Nothing I mean nothing worked in the room, filthy dirty springs popping out of beds blood stains all over mattresses. Shane on hotels.com for selling rooms on their behalf's

The hotel is really sort of dreadful. No ac and open window means lots of noise and light all night. The rooms are dilapidated, tiny, hot, and grimy. The hallways are absolutely filthy with mouldering towels, garbage, and odors. There was a discarded a water bottle partially filled with what I’m assuming was urine that sat in the corner of one hallway all week. The walls are paper thin, 1/2 the light don’t work and there is not hotel safe in the room which believe me you would want one. Staff was nice enough and area was convenient but facility felt like a flop house.

Inexpensive, but hotel badly needs a makeover.

Hotel is well-located near to West Brompton station. Room rather cramped. Standards of cleanliness and maintenance dire. Bed fairly comfortable. Internet needed regular re-booting, but connection good. Would not return unless desperate for somewhere to stay.
