"We travelled around Japan & Osaka was our last destination. We booked Minn Shin after arriving at a previous apartment that we were not satisfied with. Arriving at Minn Shin we soon realized this was our favourite place of them all! It was very clean, modern, the family really enjoyed the high quality projector to watch movies at night. Location was awesome with Shin-Osaka station a 3 minute walk away. Highly recommend this hotel. 5/5 stars!! "

"Good size apartment with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The reception team were really helpful in welcoming us on our first day and walked us through the local area map pointing out restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and the local station. They also helped with receiving some packages that I ordered on Amazon and filled in all the forms for forwarding our luggage to Haneda Airport. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping. They also have detergent next to washing machine and dish washing liquid next to the sink. Apart from the location I really enjoyed this. To check in you receive all the details in advance. After the entrance to the property...

"Quite far from train stations. But the property offers pickup and transport of luggage from near Kyoto Station and its free. But you have to do your own transport of luggage back later. Limited eateries and shopping, especially at night. Have to take a bus at nearby busstop to go to areas with more shopping."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in a little early, and also watched our luggage after checkout so we could walk around a bit more. Spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. Would definitely stay again."

"Great property in walking distance to multiple stations, shopping areas including the Nishiki market and the Nijo Palace. I also ran to the Imperial Palace and gardens easily enough. Accommodation was big enough for family of 4. The area is quiet and felt very safe. Room was very clean and amenities all supplied. "

"Beautiful property in Kyoto. Very close to Gojo station so easy to walk to. Check in at 4pm but property was not ready so asked to come back in 30 minutes. Facilities within the apartment are very good. 20 minutes walk to the shopping area which is very nice. It had two bedrooms which is ideal when travelling with family. It was a perfect location to sight see in Kyoto which is a lovely place. Definitely recommend this apartment."
