"It's very nicely decorated. Great food options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was tricky to find and I unfortunately didn't see directions that were emailed to me until it was too late. That being said. It is easily accessible in relation to the airport."

"The rooms in this hotel are so cleverly designed to maximise the use of a small space and yet make you feel cozy and comfy. The bed was amazing, and all the little touches that can be controlled from an iPad made it a fun stay. The only thing they could vastly improve is the menu - I recommend sticking to the fromage or charcuterie platters. "

"Had a great three night stay, the CitizenM Opera is great! Hotel is clean and tidy and if you like that cozy/pod style room, then it has all you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The streets around the hotel have lots of food options and the area has a vibrant atmosphere at night, which is amazing to be involved in but once inside the hotel your shut off from the buzz outside and hit those black out curtains to lock yourself away from the outside world to rest. Didn’t eat at the hotel but menu options looked plentiful and the drink variety was good and reasonably priced."

"The staff on the cocktail lounge seem indifferent to guests . You can enter sit down and no one waits on you, and you have to go to the bar to place your order. The staff seems to spend an inordinate amount of time chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers. I spent 21 years running a hotel in the US and always trained my staff to focus on guests first. I stay at the Ibis because of its convenience to the airport. I travela lot and Paris is often my first stop on my European excursions. Not sure I will choose the Ibis again. Timothy Dunn"
