Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."
"Staff were so nice and friendly! They helped me with everything including helping me contact tour guides, helping me find fun things to do, and helping me find transportation. They also allowed me to have a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!"

Ficamos 02 dias sem limpeza no quarto, tendo que quase implorar a limpeza. Mesmo qdo foram limpar, so arrumaram as camas, o banheiro estava muito sujo.
Porta da varanda nao trancava, tendo que improvisar segurança.

O fato do hotel ser numa península é muito bom, pois tudo fica perto e da uma segurança maior deixar as crianças sozinhas! O acesso gratis ao parque aquático é incrível também! Staff muitp atencioso e sempre prestativo! Achei a comida boa, mas não incrível..e o fato do hotel estar com algumas partes em reforma prejudicou um pouco a experiência, mas voltaremos com certeza! Excelente custo-benefício!!"

"Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations."
