"Value for money, cleanliness! Very good location, close to all amenities. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only slight drawback is that at peak times the elevator is crowded and you have to queue. The trick to avoiding elevator congestion is to take the other elevator to a higher floor and walk back down one floor. I highly recommend."

The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. The front desk lady was very friendly and she let us check in early without extra charge. The location is great. "The location is very center downtown Good. The room I got in leaked & flooded because problem from upstairs, in the middle of 1.45 am. When I was checked in they gave me a room inside the block with a refrigerator & microwave I had to push it back outside and take 15 minutes & inside the room TV was just formality only & couldn't work. No towel was provided & the lift takes down or up must be waiting for around 10-15 minutes. I'd rather use Airbnb or hotel nearby. Thanks for your perfect...
