2/10 Terrible

"The bed frame and other items (i.e. hangers) were RUSTED. Lifted the bed sheets and mattress appeared to have black mold spots. The bed next to the a/c had condensation running onto the bed. Had it not been a few hour stay we would have checked out ASAP! NEVER AGAIN!!"

"This was a very easy stay in a well-priced hotel. The pool area was amazing and very clean. The property was mowed, and cleaning staff were available throughout the day busy cleaning on the property. The noise level was very quiet. I appreciated that the motel allowed our dogs to stay on property, but I do wish people would pick up after their pets. That last was no fault of the property. Signs are out along with waste bags and bins. There are so few free pet motels out there, especially in such good condition that guests should take time to appreciate it more, as well as the fact that other guests would no doubt appreciate it as well. The laundry facilities were down during our stay, so I couldn't rate the ammenities offered as a 5 star, but everything else was operable and cleanly. The television worked fine both with the channels the hotel offered, as well as with apps from our phone. The AC was very cold and the plumbing seemed to be fairly recent and upkept. We will return back when we visit Galveston again. A huge thank you to all the desk clerks and the housekeeping for their attention to our needs and for the very kind and professional attitudes."

"Pics are not accurate! We had to sleep with the lights on, it was that bad. We checked in well after 10 pm and had no other choice but to stay. Bed had no blanket, sheets were stained/dirty with holes (we had them replaced), floor was disgustingly dirty (including hair everywhere), the ancient hair dryer did not work, graffiti throughout the room, curtains were broken so no privacy, and the list goes on and on. I just looked back through photos and zoomed in, pretty sure I see mouse poop as well. No way was this room worth even $25, let alone the $115 we paid. Can I share accurate photos?!"
