"The Tune Hotel at KLIA2 is perfectly located only a couple of minutes walk from both the Departures/Arrivals halls. It's ideal for overnight stopovers in KL, especially late check-ins. It's clean, has really comfy beds and a great shower. "Fact checked for everyone! 1. room are small - erm.... i got quite a big queen room with complete facilities and tea or coffee. I booked standard queen room. 2. no hot water - water heater was available in the room but can see few defect at the water heater and the bathroom. overall was not bad 3. bedroom area condition - my room smells was normal, while bedding can see a little bit of stains. bed bugs is still there cause me scratch here n there... everything in the bedroom seems quite well...

"It was overall an okay stay, there was a mouldy smell in the corridors and the bedding linen. They were also out of soap, when I asked they said I could use the shower gel instead. Otherwise, the check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff members seemed friendly in person. Though the hotel in the pictures is the one near the city centre and this one was in Nilai. "

"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap...
