"This is a National Park Lodge. It is very basic but the location is perfect if you wish to enjoy the park and get an early start on some hiking. The room was basic but nice and clean, staff was friendly and food was decent. "

"It was a nice quiet stay, the owners live in the property, but they stay in their house, they didn't bother us. The property was clean and our kids had fun, they had board games, and toy provided, and a trampoline outside that our kids were allowed to used"

"Perfect place to stay. It’s a nice little ranch like house. The yard it’s spacious and comfortable. Although we didn’t get to spend much time in the property, I’m sure that visiting at the right time, weather wise, the property can be an enjoyable experience. We spent most of the time visiting Sequoia National Park. Didn’t have any problems during our stay. I really liked the fact that everything is labeled! That’s a great idea to have for guests. "

"This cabin is so close to being amazing. It's a great location for getting into Sequoia National Park and is secluded enough that you can set up some chairs and enjoy some quiet stargazing. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was the bathroom was falling apart to the point that we avoided using it altogether. If the bathroom door hinges were fixed and the walls made more permanent this would be a perfect place to stay"

"Excellent location on the roaring Rapids River. Great friendly staff, fantastic reasonably priced Café, delicious pulled pork with a bottle of wine on the river. Best to drive here in a sports type car, preferably convertible. We had a wonderful stay!!! Thank you very much!!!"

"We were happily surprised with our rental. We didn’t know what to expect and were quickly charmed by this little farm house. It had many updates and yet, many original features. It is nestled among other little farms and yet, within 5-10 minutes of a grocery store. The host provided plenty of towels, bedding and amenities that were helpful to our stay. We went to the lake and sequoias, but also enjoyed a few walks in the evening. There were plenty of animals corralled at neighboring farms, but none could be heard from inside. We appreciated the cleanliness and air conditioning - really all of it. I’m always apprehensive at air b & b’s, but our nights were very peaceful and our hosts were great at preparing us for our stay. The living room was spacious and allowed us fun nights playing charades and watching a movie together, which isn’t always the easiest to coordinate with 2 teens. We all agree that we loved our stay and recommend to others. "

"I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car."
