"We arrived at the host's place around 8:30pm after a long day and flight, only to find it in an inhabitable condition. The kitchen counter was dirty with a dead spider, the bathroom seat was wet, the bathtub had spots, the bedroom curtains couldn't be closed, the loveseat seats were untidy with crumbs, and the closets in the bedroom smelled of mold and had a very dirty carpet. In short, it was nothing like what was shown in the pictures on the Expedia reservation. We decided to check out...
