A pleasant stay.
Stayed for a night on my birthday. A little disappointed with not even a birthday wish despite informing the hotel months earlier when I booked our room. However, the sumptuous keiseki dinner and friendly staff made me feel better. Would be great if there was more time to savour each dish. Our Japanese styled room with twin beds was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It has a nice view of the lake. There was no elevator but we had no problem as we left our big luggage in our car and took only what we needed to our 3rd floor room. There is a small indoor onsen. Overall, a good stay.

Highly recommended! Charming traditional hotel.
Lovely traditional hotel set just next to Lake Notoro. There is a certain charm to the whole setting that makes one feel welcomed once you set foot through the doors. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast spread was good! I wish I had stayed an extra day.

Nice hotel close to the glass wort marsh
The glass wort season was over in the month of October. However there are some left. Love the onsen in my room Dinner and breakfast were great. We had 10 dishes and one dessert for dinner. Mainly seafood like claws of king crab, oyster, scallop, various types of sea shells, fish and more. Dinner was scrumptious. Breakfast was great too. Love the half boiled egg. Yummy

Nice hotel with excellent food
Excellent dining experience! The location is good, the staff are nice and friendly. The old wing is a bit worn out and needs renovation.

It was amazing to stay at Kagariya. My husband and I booked a room with open air bath. The environment was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The service was very personal. The most Incredible was the food. Everything was prepared whole heartedly. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great stay and great food!
We had the old wing room and The room was spacious for 4 pax - 2 twin beds and 2 futons. The tatami was nice. The water heater somehow wasn't working very well in our room. Receptionist was very patient and helpful with us! We also booked a private onsen and it was a good experience! We had a great seafood dinner, and a good breakfast as well. You may wish to note that there is only a service lift for luggage.

網走在住の娘にここは一度は宿泊したいとの要望で特に他宿泊施設などの比較もせず、宿泊者の評価も読まずに予約。いくつか細かいことだが不快に感じた点があるので記載する。①大浴場に行く通路の上部が低くなっている。「頭上注意」のプレートは張ってあるが、ラバーなどのクッションでぶつけた際の軽減処理がなされていない。また他は英文などの注意があるがこの箇所は無い。ぶつけやすいの外国人の方が長身者多いはず。②男湯の脱衣所に洗面台が無い。風呂上りに小タオルが濡れているのを絞るのにいちいち風呂場を開けて水気を抜くことがいかがなものか？③湖が見えるビュー指定の部屋でベランダに出ようとしたが除雪されていないので出れない。部屋からでは視覚も狭く見れない。なんのためのビュー指定なのか？数日間雪は降ってない。④夕食はとりあえず品数を出せばよいって発想なのかどれも食材新鮮度なくて旨くなかった。とても残念であった。⑤喫煙者である小生には地獄であった。部屋、パブリックスペース禁煙はわかっていたが、館内に喫煙コーナーが設置されてなく、氷点下マイナス７度の外でのみ吸える状況。タバコ吸うためにまずは風呂で体を温めてから氷点下の外で吸う体験をした。

ちょっと設備は古さを感じる部分はあったが、日本の旅館という雰囲気がよかった。エレベータはないが最上階で３階なので自分で荷物を運べる限りは旅館の雰囲気も大事なので特に気にならない。ただ、車椅子や足が悪い方は注意だろう。食事場所や玄関口の炉端カフェ、また、売店も外観と同じ旅館の雰囲気で統一されており、印象がよい。食事中は大きめなガラス窓からの風景の広がりも楽しめた（一面雪景色）。

古き良き温泉宿
以前から一度、宿泊してみたく前日の夜に予約させてもらいました。 建物は良い感じの古さでした。 貸切風呂が1080円とリーズナブルで迷わずお願いし、檜風呂で気持ちが良かったです。 お料理も海鮮と野菜中心で私は満足！でしたが洋食好きな旦那には少し物足りなかったようです。普段は子供たちとバイキング中心の宿が多いので、たまには夫婦でゆっくりと食事ができて良かったです。 アッケシ草の咲く頃にまた行ってみたいです！

真っ赤に染まるサンゴ草の目の前、という好立地。
9月の中旬から後半にかけて網走近辺に宿泊するなら、ここは絶対に外せません。サンゴ草が真っ赤に染まる能取湖の目の前の立地だからです。特に、本館湖側の部屋からの眺めは圧巻です。

Wouldn't recommend Kagariya
Overpriced. Building old with no elevator. Room smelled funky. Food not very good - worst breakfast in a long time. Staff not very friendly. Hotel near nothing. But, sheets were clean.

ワンコOKの宿を探していて、知床方面観光の拠点に２泊しました。 ワンコが泊まれるところはエレベーターのない旧館の３階という口コミを見ておりましたので、その点は特に気になりませんでした。 古さは否めないもののお部屋も広く、和洋室で、ワンコも室内で自由にできるので良かったのですが、バスルームの清掃が残念な感じで、特に内風呂のシャワーカーテンに黒カビが大きな範囲に渡って点々と。。模様なのかと思いました。昔の作りなのか、ユニットバスはすごく狭く、清掃の件もあり内風呂を使う気にはなれず大浴場を利用しましたが、大浴場がなければ辛かったなと思います。 また、バルコニーもドアを開けると網戸がすぐ外れてしまい、正直お部屋のケアについては良い印象は持てませんでした。 お食事はとても良かったです。お食事処があり、予約した時間に準備してくれています。主人がアレルギーがあるためメニューの変更をお願いしたのですが、２日間とも美味しいお食事をいただきました。 お食事の時にはワンコはお部屋でお留守番となります。 ワンコ用に足ふきタオルと水の入ったバケツが玄関の隅に用意してありましたが、チェックイン時には特に説明がなく、こちらから尋ねるまで分かりませんでした。案内書きもなかったので、事前に説明がなければ気づかないお客さんも多いのではと思います。 サンゴ草目当ての宿泊ではありませんでしたが、８月上旬の段階でうっすら色づいていました。お部屋が湖側でお部屋からも見ることができましたが、９月のハイシーズンは綺麗だろうと思います。 お部屋の件に関しては、見過ごせるレベルではなかったので、チェックアウトの際に申し出しました。

當個鄂霍次克海的愛吃鬼
屬於有歷史的旅館，內部擺設很有古老日本風格，接待老闆愛攝影買了他拍攝的漂亮紅珊瑚草美景照片。 古老設施無法提供無障礙設施，只有行李有電梯上下樓，人員需自行上下樓梯。 晚餐是一定要搭配在住宿中，豐盛的鄂霍次克海鮮味美食，滿足味蕾享受與想像中期待是一樣的。

晚餐有水準，房間很大，可惜有煙味
逗留了一夜，都有訂了早餐及晚餐。 先說酒店房間，裡頭未有浴室，所以可以使用公眾浴室或是付費預訂私人風呂。而房間鎖匙只有一條，所以只可輪流到浴室洗澡或是一塊兒到浴室。我沒有特別喜歡浸溫泉，所以也沒有多用時間。 酒店房間整體是整潔，但當然略有歲月的味道。遺憾的是我們的房間，本來是沒有味道，一打開空調後，濃烈的香煙味充滿了整間房間，這一點蠻影響我們不喜歡聞到煙味的住客。 晚餐特有水準，服務員會因應你預訂晚餐的時間，陸續整齊地把菜式奉上，雖然不是放題任食，但已經可以食得很飽。

部屋と食事は美味しいけど･･･
部屋も良く食事もよかった。とにかく白いご飯が美味しかった。しかしお風呂は古くて職員がチェックイン時はとても良い対応だったが、チェックアウト時は見送りもなく、大雨の中傘も貸してくれず「ありがとうございました」と小さくな声で嫌な感じだった。
