Property is in an excellent, newer area of the City. Easy access to all forms of public transit, great shopping and fine restaurants. I stayed in two seperate rooms and both were comfortable. Like may rooms in this city, you do need to pay a higher fee to have a window in the room. Those new to the city should also be aware that like most buildings in the city, the hotel does not have heating, so during a cold spell, the room can be quite chilly. I did notice some room minor issues, like a poor fitting shower door. Hotel entry and general appearance is a bit drab with almost no greenary incorporated. Interaction with the staff was limited to check-in and out, put both were done promptly with additional help as needed. I did not partake of the hotel food service as the surrounding area and options met my needs better.

Acceptable stay, no late checkout
The stay was alright. Location not bad, near 101 (walkable). Room is spacious. However , they are very sticky about late check out. They do not allow late check out even for an hour. They will charge NT600/hr. Would think they can provide free late checkout for up to an hour as part of customer service.
