"Beautiful hotel sits on the ocean with a beach and pool area. Staff were awesome. When they thought my bag was misplaced when we put it for keeping while we waiting to go to the cruise ship, they were as concerned as I was. They had me go with them to help locate it. "

"The property and room were clean and nice. I was overcharged for parking and the front desk agreed to issue a refund. The refund was never processed and the hotel has not responded to several inquiries. I also had a small (but annoying) charge show up a week after our stay, with no explanation and no response from the hotel. "

"We didn’t have a microwave or fridge like we were told we would, washing machine gets stuck on rinse. The staff was overall super friendly. Would stay here again. "
