"Spotless room, spotless bathroom and cute little kitchen with a double hob, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning made room lovely and cool. Table and chairs to sit if had or made food in the room. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were great. Can't fault a thing from this experience will definitely book again staff lovely and friendly."

"Love the hotel and staff and would still go.but the hotel needs money injecting in it.rooms are comfortable and in fact they have upgraded the kettle to coffee machine and pods which was lovely.however my room was not ready when i arrived.check in is supposed to be 3pm and i had to sit and wait till 4.15 before housekeeping had made up my room.then when I got to the room the bed was still not made up so i had go looking for someone to change bedding and finish my room.i also have a favourite room I ask for when making the booking in advance but this time they said it wasn’t available and put me in a disability room.as i only go overnight these things have a big impact on my stay.there were tablets on the floor and all sorts of tablets,debris and dust under the bed.like I say lovely hotel but obviously need invest more money in staff and property"

"Overall a wonderful stay with lots of lovely touches for our anniversary. Would love to give 5* but a few things held it back including not being able to order a drink to our room, spa team weren’t informative, outside bar was untidy and I never got my omelette requested at breakfast. Having said that - a lot of these I assume are one offs, would stay again."

"Nice hotel, staff were pleasant on check in. Room easy to find. I like the darker look of the room, it’s easier for me to sleep. However unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well as the room was just so hot. There was a desk fan thankfully, it’s just unfortunate that the weather was warm & so we were only pushing around hot air. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Decent sized room. Slight noise from other hotel room doors banging shut, but not much can be done about that. The location of the hotel as spot on, so good for a night out. We like concert square area so for us, location was key when booking. We’d definitely return, we got a good deal on the price & as I say, location was perfect. We got cheap over night parking just a few minutes walk away, the restaurant we wanted to dine at was no more than 10minutes walk away. There is a restaurant serving breakfasts at the hotel, we didn’t have this although it did look nice in there."
