"We "happened" on this hotel because it was the location that marked the beginning of our trip! I would gladly stay here again. Although it appears to be an American style hotel, it was an amazing European stay. Although a different location in the city from our other Madrid hotel, it too was a great area and easily walkable for food/drinks/entertainment/shopping. The staff welcomed us with smiling, kind, funny, pleasant personalities and were extremely accommodating and professional."

"Imagine trying to sleep after a long day in the middle of a bar — that’s exactly how it feels here. I spent 3 nights at this apartment and couldn’t sleep because more than 50 people gather on the street right outside the main entrance. There is constant laughing, shouting, arguing, and noise throughout the night. I complained, but the morning staff told me there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing experience."
