Basic small unit for fleeting night stay. All that I needed. Shower was hot. Well equipped. Clean. Service was excellent having unit warm for a late arrival. Handy parking. Quiet despite being on main thoroughfare. Many thanks would recommend.

Disappointed with the lack of maintenance of the bathroom. Flaking paint on ceiling and window frame in bad need of new paint. Also any movement from upstairs was heard due to floor creaking and water pipes extremely noisy. Would not return.

I great location in relation to supermarket and takeaway food. Helpful staff. I’d have liked more light in the room. Couldn’t find switch for ceiling light.

I like the convenience of two supermarkets close by. The rooms were clean and tidy. Able to cook a quick meal for the kids. The fans were going to cool the rooms. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and super helpful. Great place to stop over for the night.

Bathroom lights did not work. Shower was minimal water. No curtains on 2 windows. Heater was not working. Noisy fridge. Thin walls, we could hear conversations from next door rooms.

When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady who made us feel comfortable and helped us check in. She also helped with a tv issue we had on the 2nd night. Dee, thank you so much for making our stay fantastic 😊

Nice, clean, comfortable property with really excellent staff. Currently having a bit of work done on the building, but nothing that detracts from your stay. Only complaint would be that the downstairs room I got was very noisy whenever people walked around upstairs.

The motel room stank of cleaning detergent which irritated my eyes for hours and hours - what were they covering up ? The restaurant charged extra for each type of vegetable as well as for each sauce. This is a motel in Alexandra NOT the Ritz in London. Milk was provided in a small glass bottle which was not even full. You get a computer label to put on the dashboard of your car to prove you are a guest - who else is likely to park here ? Not an enjoyable stay at all when it should have been a friendly and homely place to be in rural New Zealand.

Hi Mark, All our rooms are cleaned with basic citrus based cleaning products nothing to cover up.Our menu in the restaurant is and was well explained and has no hidden costs we let everyone pick and choose what they want and only pay for what they want you chose to only buy a steak 28 for 280 grams and nothing else to prove a point were your words.We recycle glass rather than waste plastic here in New Zealand and more milk is always available to those who ask so apologies you didn't like that,We have one park available per unit so we monitor the parking via permit to ensure parks are availableApologies you didn't enjoy your stay hopefully your next trip is better

A place with it all. Accommodation and dining. Wow, a great meal, awesome service, and friendly staff. We met up with Mum and Dad for kai and managed to get a place to sleep as well so we didn't have to drive anywhere. Thank you for providing an awesome atmosphere :)

Great location, eateries all within a 5-10 minute walk. Restaurant within hotel, great food and service as well. Plenty of parking. Whilst the rooms may show a little wear and tear the cleaning detail is 12/10, sparkling!!

A really lovely welcome from Ben & Keira on arrival, the staff are friendly and engaging too. The onsite restaurant is A . A lovely place to stay for Blossom festival weekend!

Our evening meals in the restaurant were really good.Downside of our stay was the new supermarket construction site next door.Rattle guns and heavy machinery going from 8am until 5pm.....very noisy
