"1) communication breakdown - message was not attended after paying the deposit until checking out 2) property pictures is not as advertised on app! Misleading. 3) rundown furnitures most of it. Beds - sagging mattresses sunk in the middle, sofa - material almost torn apart, chairs - sunken, parquet tiles missing here and there. 4) water heater all ruined and wasn’t told. No checking? 5) upper bathroom, toilet cant flush. No checking? 6) porch’s light and fan fused? Has already switched...

"The hotel room looks exactly as the picture shown. Spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds. Equipped with 2 doors fridge, coway water filter (cold & hot water), induction cooker, washing machine. Also provided 4 sets of cutlery, plates & cups. If you have time can enjoy the bathtub too. High floor with sea views. "
