"Night reception didn't know where rooms were so took us the longest, most complicated way to the rooms. Once there rooms were on different floors.

"**Disappointing Experience with "Sea View" Room**
We booked a "Sea View" room, paying extra to ensure we could look directly out onto the ocean, as advertised. However, upon arrival, our room faced a building, and we could only see the sea by looking to the side, which was far from the expectations set by the photos associated with our room category. "My partner and I just returned from a wonderful 11 nights stay and we cannot wait to come back already. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much to ask of them. The hotel is modern and kept spotlessly clean. Our room was also cleaned every day and came with a flatscreen TV and aircon included. All of the staff were fantastic, always polite and happy. "Had a fantastic stay at Psaras. This was our 2nd time & equally enjoyable. Comfy beds, constant hot water, great position for restaurants, bars etc & maid service regularly.
The only thing to mention is on our previous visit we could use the pool at the hotel in front. We were told we couldn’t do that any more as it’s an all inclusive hotel & it’s not free to use the pool/beds like it was 4 yrs ago. Otherwise all good "

"We spent a week here with our two daughters. It was an amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with several options for swimming and laying out. It was great to be able to stay at a hotel where we could access the ocean directly. We never had issues finding beach chairs. The staff was incredibly nice and the food was excellent. "Our maisonette was huge. Towels and bedding changed frequently but the floors were not swept meaning sandy beds a few days. I would happily of brushed them had there been a brush. The aircon upstairs was brilliant. Downstairs was ancient and needs replacing. The cover actually fell of the wall onto my daughters bed!
Breakfast was better earlier on around 9ish. You cpukd always get a sunbed too which is a bonus. Bar prices were similar to town and snack menu was good.
It was a little too far out for us though but on the flipside it offered peace and quiet."
