"The hotel design is impressive, but I feel it's not managed well, making it seem a bit worn. The pictures look much better than the actual situation. The sea view is lovely, but thereโ€™s no staff available after around 8 or 9 PM, which raises concerns about security. I believe hotel management could be improved. While free breakfast is provided, there are only two options available. I believe the hotel rates are too high."

"We had an amazing time here. We went off season but the sky pool and indoor pool was open. You also get ticket to the theme park. On weekends there is a fireworks show that you can watch. Staff was amazing and always courteous. Highly recommend for families and will return again for our trip to Jeju."
