"The hotel is indeed spotless. The English speaking hotel staff were accommodating and responsive to the queries raised by the guests even prior to our arrival. Also, their presence 24/7 is a plus factor. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is a big help as well. On top of this, it is accessible to restaurants, shopping centers among others. The hotel can help book transportation for the guests, if needed. The positive reviews we read which made us decide on choosing Ventimo Hotel and Residences is validated. "The check in person was very courteous. Everything was well explained including breakfast buffet. Upon initial inspection of the room we found couple of women's hair inside the bed. I called the front desk and they apologized several times. They replaced the entire bed linings. Other than this incident everything was awesome. I can't emphasize enough how everyone working at the hotel were courteous and friendly. The facility is also beautiful. Nice landscape and awesome pool. I highly recommend this true five star hotel."
