"A fantastic family-friendly hotel right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—always greeting us with a smile and even offering discounts to local businesses. Our grandson especially loved the nightly milk and Oreo cookies in the lobby, which added such a sweet touch to our stay. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Our view was spectacular. The pool was a big hit for all of us, and the hotel’s relaxed vibe made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We’ll definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends!"

We stayed at the Hilton for two night after our stay here and we were sorely disappointed. Did not compare in the slightest. We will always stay at the Grand Hyatt SF when we return. AMAZING"
