The check-in was smooth and lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the city and made very useful recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were very clean and tidy. "Beautiful surroundings and a great kitchen in the room. A light bulb was out and the clock didn't work, OK no big deal. After picking up my GF late from the train, we were greeted by the owner and asked if we wanted dinner the following evening. No cancellation fee was disclosed nor did we agree to one. After losing track of time the next day, we decided to go out for dinner instead. A call to Peter was not answered or returned. SO we found our own way. Upon return, we were told the bill needed...

"Our stay got off to a bit of bad start due to some issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance on arrival. However the staff were there in minutes as soon as we reported the problems and largely resolved them quickly. So top marks for that. The main issue remaining was a strong smell of curry, which persisted for several days. We suspected either previous residents or neighbours. Apart from that we had a great stay. The apartments are in a great location, near Mirabell palace and gardens....

"The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It had a nice patio to enjoy sitting outdoors. There is a fitness room with a game room/family room gathering area in the basement. The washer and dryer was quite convenient for our stay as well. There are bicycles available at the property to use as well. We would definitely stay again! The king beds in each room were an added bonus!"
