"Enjoyed 5 nights here. First three nights a bit crowded with large tour group, but after they left I enjoyed the tranquility of the location. Hotel staff all amazing, especially the front desk. On site cafe Brown, and restaurant Romiet were delicious and convenient. Will definitely return next time."

"It’s a simple but adequate hotel, with good taste and extremely friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is quite good and the location is excellent!
Areas for improvement: Cleaning rooms and other areas like stairs. "

"Would give this 6+ stars if that was possible - the hotel staff, especially Sophie, were all very friendly and helpful greeting us by name whenever we returned back to the hotel from a day out. The hotel itself is well located within easy walking distance of Pub Street, market street etc.. if you like busier areas, or set off in the opposite direction for more local food outlets and shops etc.. - exceeded all our expectations - the perfect base for a few days in Siem Reap"

"Awesome staff, room was clean, breakfast was delicious. Only 4 star due to ripped towel and no wash cloth, but overall great place to stay for the price."

"The staff is exceptional and they are a hospitality training hotel. Should out to one of the butlers, Grace, who can make things happen.
Bensley Design created an elegant design with the perfect splash of whimsy. Rooms fitted out welll, spacious bathrooms.
Restaurants outstanding. Lovely breakfast buffet, do not miss the banana bread. Kroya fine dining has a most exceptional tasting menu. We went twice!
With 14 years since my last visit and so much change to the city, it was delightful to find these pockets of love."
"Friendly and helpful staff in all departments of the hotel. Spa was particularly amazing. Room was spotless, but as mentioned in a previous review, the countrys electrical challenges are felt in each hotel room - you vacate your room - no power, so you lose your A/C, etc. when you're out and about."
"The room was roomy , very clean, well maintained, had numerous power outlets, great air-conditioning which was quite quiet. There was a little gym, a lovely seating area around a well presented pool and very nice breakfast room/ restaurant area. The entrance lobby was huge , calm and comfortable. The staff were so, so helpful and friendly, really welcoming and attentive, in fact their interactions elevated our stay. "
"Great hotel at the heart of the city. Close to the Pub Street and the night market so loads of dining options and great for souvenir shopping.
Staff were amazing and very helpful, definitely the highlight of the hotel, couldn't commend them enough.
The room was spacious and with a very comfortable bed. Had to get the staff for a firestick to watch live tv due to some works as otherwise the option would be either YouTube or Netflix. The signal for the firestick wasn't great but since we didn't spend much time in the room, wasn't a massive issue.
Breakfast was at their sister hotel across the road. It was very good on two occasions but on one, when we had a bit of a lie in and went later at 8.30am, the hot buffet wasn't replenished so was scrapping the dried up spaghetti. The manager at our hotel said he would speak to them but wouldn't hold it against them since it is at a different property.
Had dinner a couple of times and a complementary lunch at the hotel, which was excellent so very happy with both the service and the food.
All in all, very happy with our stay and would stay here again if we ever go back to Siem Reap."
