Fine room but rude housekeeping / guest service
Perfectly fine room and nice to have parking - but checkout was at 11 am and housekeeping knocked on the door 3 times between 10-11 am and at checkout time, we were leaving and she said "s'il vous plaitttttt" as if we were inconvenencing her. Not the best guest service given that we were in the room for less than 12 hours. We also checked in late - if you do so, make sure to call to get the code to enter as they don't give you late check-in details as most hotels would

Charming spot with excellent staff
Charming small hotel with beautiful peaceful garden in the back, very close to center of city with excellent helpful staff. Can't wait to go back!

Nice small and friendly hotel with a good breakfast. It was very hot when we were there, 38+ and the only air conditioning was in reception so at night it was uncomfortable in the room. the location was good with a 10 minute walk to the main town and lake. We had our car and the parking was secure.

Very good
Reception was excellent with English speaking customer service. Also warm and friendly. I will recommend for tourist who wish to visit annecy with average budget. Breakfast wasn't free. But wifi was excellent.

Very good hotel in an excellent location in Annecy
We stayed two nights at this hotel and would stay again. It was a 5 minute walk to the old town, staff were very helpful and accommodating, free parking onsite, a lovely garden outlook and good value buffet breakfast. Room was clean, quiet, a bit outdated but the hotel’s location was excellent.

Good location
Only a short walk from Annecy town centre so suited us perfectly. Arrived before check in time but able to park car in hotel car park so no problem looking for parking in town. Hotel management really friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

10 min walk to Old town Annecy. Rooms were very clean and fairly large for Europe. Hotel staff very friendly and eager to speak in English. I will stay here again.

Well worth the money
We stayed here on a 3 night cycling trip, the hotel were really accommodating with the bikes, which was a bit of a worry before we travelled. We loved everything about this hotel, The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very nice. Would definitely recommend

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay , we would love to go back to Annecy with time to relax. We had a very busy here during the Tour de France our reason for the stay. The hardest part was reception not open longer hours so have to be mindful of this when checking in at nighttime. Room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The outdoor area was beautiful wish we had more time to make the most of this and the sitting area downstairs.

Very nice small hotel
The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Very helpful at all times. Room was large, very well appointed and very comfortable. It's a bit of a walk to old town, but with lots to do/see on the way. After a couple of trips in, we found several short-cuts. We will stay there again on our next trip.

Awesome Place
Well, it does not get better than this. The hotel is wonderful. It feels like you are in a private luxury ski lodge. The room was fantastic. It is not only very well decorated, but feels like a real room, instead of a cookie cutter hotel. You can sit in a comfortable chair looking out onto the valley, while reading books from the shelf. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast is top notch. Finally, you are right next to great restaurants and bars.

This hotel is well situated near the train station and a modern shopping mall, just a 15 minute walk to the historical section of town.

Comfortable, nice bed, great blackout blinds, good breakfast, 10 mins from historic centre, overall very good. Our room was spacious but I noticed not all room the same. There was also a nice outside area.

although this hotel is only a 5 minute walk to centre of Annecy it has a lovely garden with use of sunbeds which provided a few hours rest at the heat of the day.

A perfect place to stay.
What a beautiful place to stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the hotel is located close to the train station and all of central Annecy. When we came home tired...we have a lovely garden to relax in. Our hosts were both helpful and friendly....thank you all.

Very convenient for the sights of Annecy.
Sat/Nav found the Hotel perfectly. Pleasant welcome, large newly refurbished room, with sitting area; almost a small suite. Only downside was breakfast at 11 Euros, and no evening meal, although many restaurants within easy walking distance, and a foody pub 80 metres away. Parking in the garden and secure.
