Great Location, Clean room, As per photos

The owner was friendly and helpful. Contacted me a few days before my trip thru whatsapp, and even allow me to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

The staffs as mentioned in the title, are very friendly and helpful in serving you. I lost my water bottle during the water rafting which I booked with the hotel itself, and the staffs are very efficient and willing to help me out in order to get the water bottle back. Also the hotel has plenty of suggested activities which you can choose from, you can simply book this hotel without planning anything to do or any place to go, they have prepared for you, the activities are such as water...

unexpectedly, my family was given a room with balcony with can see the sunrise and Mt Kinabalu. My children are very happy with playground and photo-taking stations. Me & my wife are overwhelmed and very satisfied with the delicious and abundant FOC breakfast

Came here with my Husband & Parents (no kids) & we had a great time! Beautiful surroundings & excellent food! The extremely nice staff made us feel very welcome. The only downsides were the trash from the ocean & the sand flies - both of which are no fault of the resort! They give out natural bug repellent & clean the beach every morning. We had a lovely time here!

Staff are courteous and friendly. Good location. No unpleasant smell in the rooms. Will certainly return for future stay.

The bed is quite comfortable and clean for my liking. The shower temperature is easy to control and the strength is as good as my home. The hotel overall is very clean.
