10/10 Excellent
"Overall we had a fabulous experience. The only thing we felt that was missing was the lack of rails in the bathroom to hang items such as clothes"

10/10 Excellent
"We had a great view of the pool and river from the 5th floor. Our room had 2 Queen beds and was very large, which was much appreciated as my husband and I were travelling with our 19 and 17 year olds. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. We really appreciated having a dedicated water bottle filler tap, the nice tea and instant coffee selection and mini fridge in the room. Our kettle was very new and spotlessly clean. The room even had a clothesline, which came in handy for drying swimsuits. Speaking of which, we enjoyed visiting the pool very much. Little touches like the fruit infused ice water in the lobby and evening snacks were also very nice. The hotel is steps away from the Clarke Quay Central mall. There is an LRT station there, which was very convenient. Some of the shops we appreciated were Bread Talk (for bakery items, coffee and iced tea) and Toast Box and Ya Kun Kaya for yummy coffee and Kaya toast breakfasts. In the basement there is a food court with some good options and a Don Don Donki (great for Japanese toiletries, groceries and prepared food items for grab and go!). There is also a Guardian pharmacy and major bank ATMs in the mall. Check in and check out were seamless and communication with the hotel desk prior to our stay when I had a few questions was both prompt and professional. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean, laundry was very convenient, the staff was helpful whenever we needed help. The only complain I have is I didn't like the water filter, we bought bottled water all throughout our stay. Location was very convenient, there were a good selection of food stalls."
