Very clean Good bed and linens Easy parking Easy few min drive to town and Super market. An hour to waitomo and 30min to hobbiton and 70-80 min to Rotorua and Mt Managuhi . Good central location as a base to explore other parts

The host & hostess were wonderful. Breakfast was great. Loved the surrounding. Had a relaxing time there.

Nice quirky hotel serving good evening meals. Breakfasts, if cooked to order, were good (which was only done during low occupancy). Breakfast buffets during higher occupancy were less varied and disappointing. Golf hire clubs were a mixed batch of incomplete sets and tennis equipment was in poor condition. Chalet rooms are much better and larger than small standard double rooms. Ask for an upgrade to chalet rooms with their own outside spa pools if at all possible.

After reading numerous good reviews, we decided to book this place for a night rest before the early morning tour to hobittion movie set. This place turns out to be better than what we expected. The room and amenities is clean, spacious for 3 people, heating blanket is great for such chilly evening, parking just by the door step, night is quiet and peaceful, the lady owner who helped us with the check-in is very imformative and helpful in advising us on our travel plans. Everything is...

We stayed in the caravan which gave us a lot of privacy and it was a beautifully maintained caravan! We were provided heating so it was not at all cold. Decent tea/coffee making facilities. However, was slightly disappointed as the pictures showed a double bed, but when we arrived it was two singles. Beds are slightly small but this is expected in a caravan home.

Lovely place with welcoming staff! We enjoyed our stay and the room was very comfortable.

Had a Superior Apt, 1 bedroom comes with a kitchen and living area. Very spacious. Clean property. Abt 40mins drive away from Waitomo Glowworm Caves. Highly recommended.

The inn offered great very good value and service. The apartment given to our family of four was very spacious and could comfortable sleep 6 persons. It was also well furnished with a good kitchenette. Although slightly old, the apartment was very clean, quiet and everything worked fine. Service was good and the staff was able to recommend good eatery. This is certainly a motor inn of good value.

Friendly staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable place to stay. Value for money.

I loved waking up to see the alpacas outside the window. The place itself was clean and spatious and seems like a great place to get away for a vacation. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer!
