"A disappointment in the quality of the hotel, its condition, and its services. The room was so cold when I arrived I thought I was outside, and needed to use a difficult-to-regulate space heater. There was "no cook tonight", so the restaurant was closed. "

"The room was meticulously clean and the bed was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone having a layover at Heathrow Terminal 5. A very convenient place to commute to - either a H5H shuttle bus or one of the local busses (706 or 709… I don’t remember exactly) will take you from the terminal to the airport in less than 10 mins. "

"This would have been an amazing hotel 30 years ago but is in desperate need of £5m spending on it. Staff were all very pleasant, rooms very tired, no heating so had a plug in radiator. Beds were terrible. Location and outer building both great"
