"Honestly, if I was staying here more than 1 night, I would’ve found somewhere else. I booked a king room, and ended up with a full and a twin. Not at all what was advertised. We were too tired to say anything so just dealt with it. Walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbor brushing their teeth. Also, around 8am, room service knocked on our neighbors door for 5 minutes straight. Super aggravating and impossible to sleep through. The showers may be one of the worst designs I’ve ever seen. Half of the shower is completely useless, and water floods straight out of it. You can see wood rotting around the bathroom door where water has clearly flooded before. Breakfast was mid, as expected for hotel breakfast. Coffee was great with the fancy machines."

"There was a tray of food outside our door when we checked in. It was still there the next day, which was disgusting!. The waiter had no clue how to pour a glass of wine. He emptied the entire warm bottle of wine into 3 glasses! The egg drop soup had only 2 pot stickers in it and tasted like it had ketchup added. The Greek salad was inedible. No one came back to check on our meals or ask if we wanted anything else."

"Great location. Checkin was very friendly. The room was nice but the finish wasn't great - needed some maintenance. Things like the taps were badly peeling, the shower tray was heavily stained which makes it feel unclean. Bed was comy enough and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was nice this morning and 12pm checkout time is great!"
