"Two beds provided, can hear the noise next door. It said it was ‘No Smoking’, but the staff could do nothing when the man next door kept smoking!"

"Staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. "

"Great Hotel"

"Clean and spacious hotel room but the nightclub is very loud at night"

"Third time staying here, just ideal for Windsor."

"Fantastic stay and amazing costumer service :)"

"Great location!"

"I’ve stayed here a few times now and never been disappointed. Staff are amazing and the rooms are comfortable."

"The hotel is closing to guests in order to take in refugees so not such a smooth operation. Not the fault of staff who were all friendly and helpful. Full marks to Kamman who kept bar open after his shift ended for late revellers. We were attending a wedding nearby so didn’t require full facilities. Breakfast ok but very busy. "

"Clean rooms, nice spa! Close to City Centre - shops, restaurant, train station etc. All within walking distance. Friendly staff and big parking space though for a fee."
