"We had a room in the white mansion house after choosing to upgrade. It was well worth it and we were pleased that our request for a quiet room with nice views had been granted. We had views from three aspects, all lovely. The only issue was that the heating didn’t work well but an engineer was sent promptly. The grounds are stunning, beautifully kept and teeming with wildlife. We saw squirrels and deer.

"The location of this hotel is amazing. The staff were welcoming and professional. The

was yummy and a lot of choices . The only complaint I have is the standard room we stayed in. The carpet needs cleaning, the outer cabinet to the fridge door was broken and hanging by the hinge. The bathroom smelled of mildew as there wasn’t any ventilation. The bed and pillows were comfy though. "
