"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had a washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge - everything you would need for a short London stay. Unfortunately we arrived in a heat wave and there was little to NO ventilation in the flat and only a fan that could not cool the place.
