Small room down steps at rear of property. Comfortable bed & coffee/tea making facilities..Busy .packed terraced gardens with rear walking access to Arrow Town. Owner very helpful.

Delightful boutique bed and breakfast in the center of Arrowtown. Beautiful garden setting provided peaceful and private ambiance. Paul, the host, is friendly and helpful with local tips. The accommodation was spotless and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend. Be aware that there are a number of steps to get to your room.

While the windows might have used screens, everything else was wonderful -- a comfortable cottage room, with everything one would need, a fine breakfast, and an Arowtown location that can't be beat!

Great hospitality and lovely accommodation.
Unfortunately we only had one night here at Arrowtown Lodge, however we thoroughly enjoyed it. Rosie’s room was so sweet, very quintessential Colonial Arrowtown. The proximity to the town was great by way of the wee garden gate, the room was cosy and clean and the options regarding bedding was greatly appreciated. I would love to return if only to sample the amazing breakfast again.

I like that the rooms where seperate from the main house ....and there was a back gate to arrowtown so that u dont feel like you are intruding on the owners privacy

The well kept garden makes this accommodation stand out even further. No need to go to the Queenstown Gardens when you can have something even nicer than an English garden greet you everyday you open your door. I was able to park my car and not need it for the duration of my stay. Everything is a minutes walk or nice bike away.

Arrowtown lodge is a nice cozy place, clean and comfortable. I am so thankful with the kitchen amenities. If you are looking for a scenery to quiet down away from the city this is the place to be. Likewise, it is walking distance to the downtown where you can eat and shop. My one night stay is pleasant. The only drawback is that I booked this place because the add says include airport transfer but it didn't happen and I have to pay my own taxi for about $80.

hi glad you had a great stay and yes we do have a airport transfer but you need to give us prior booking as there are other guests and it would have been in the middle of there breakfast so timing and prior notice is recommended as we are all so a small lodge Cheers Paul

The property was very beautiful with lush gardens throughout and outdoor seating. The cottage concept was awesome for privacy. The room was a bit small but comfortable for two people and the bedding was of good quality. The owner was very friendly and served a beautiful breakfast. The setting and views were gorgeous and away from the busy lifestyle of Queenstown, yet close enough to all amenities the region has to offer.
