"First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "

"Good location. Located near Kuramae station. Asakusa station a short 10 min walk away. Easy to get to hotel from Narita airport. Near the Sumida river, Sensoji, Nakamise-dori Street etc. Lots to do within walking distance. Good transport links. Hotel room was clean. Friendly staff. Good amenities. Free pack of bath salts at the front desk. Free coffee machine. Laundry machines available and you can monitor your washing machine completion time from the TV. Bad: room is a little small. If you have large luggage, it may be a struggle when packing/unpacking. Dryer does not work when doing laundry. The incense in the front desk/lobby area was a bit too intense. "
