I arrived a lot earlier of my check in time, I am a tourist and my plane was at 8 am. Upon check in the 2 girls charged me $66 for 4 hours of earlier check in and didn’t even give me a receipt. I paid for the hotel $60 but extra 4 hours cost me $66. So stupid and weird. I would really love to talk to their owner or manager at that time but there was any on duty. The hotel is nice but these two girls ruined my stay for overcharged

Не первый раз бронзировали номер ,сами из США и стараемся брать отели американской сети ,месяц назад забронировали номер ,прилетели а номера нет ,тупо перепродали Россиянам в два или три раза дороже .Не позорьте имя Виндома ,отели таких марок работают на репутацию и стандарты а не на лишние 20 тыс тенге .Деньги за номер вернули и сказали идите снимите себе другой номер ,и ниче что мы после пяти самолетов с 4летним ребёнком и время нашего прилета было 11 вечера .Короче казахи разочаровали ,впрочем не удивили .

Проблема была технического характера: дело в том, что с 08 сентября 2022 года возникла проблема технического характера с программой, которая позволяет интегрировать данные с сайтов для бронирования в нашей внутренней программой PMS Opera. Мы заранее были уведомлены об этом. В случае необходимости, мы всегда можем предоставить Вам это письмо, в котором говорится об отключении сервиса на неопределенный срок. К сожалению, и по сей день данная проблема не решилась. Мы по-прежнему вынуждены отказывать некоторым гостям, чьи брони не отразились в нашей программе, по той же самой причине – отсутствия интеграции. Для нас каждый гость – это важный гость, поэтому национальность или другие признаки не имеют для нас значения, мы рады каждому, кто приезжает в наш отель.Рассчитывать на Ваше понимание мы бы конечно же хотели, но, учитывая то, что Вам пришлось с 4-летним ребенком искать другой отель, мы еще раз приносим Вам свои извинения. Why not PERFECT
A long tima ago in Turkey a service boy at a hotel asked me how my stay was - i answered VERY GOOD and he asked me - Why not PERFECT - how can we make it perfect - and i remembered that as a lesson in customer service. Wyndham was perfect in every way, and i will come back again for business 100%

8 days business trip made EASY!!!
Azina and Monika made this business trip EASY. Countless contract changes were made and printed out at the front desk while all the french wine was consumed until it ran out so we had to switch to Italian (our fault) Also, good clean fitness center and room service 24/7 Plus immediate proximity to AIFC so 100% for business

Amazing new hotel in Nur-Sultan
It was a short but well needed rest before a long haul flight: service was amazing, as well as room service and the quality (and quantity) of the food. Thank you, Wyndham Garden staff!he hotel lobby looks beautiful, and my airport transfer was right on time even if it was 2 in the morning. Thank you!

The people were amazing. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep (time zone difference) and they made me a great meal at 3 am. Awesome Gym as well. Just be careful about non liscenced taxis in Nur Sultan!

Spacious and clean rooms. Courteous and very pleasant staff. We forgot one of the passports in the hotel and the staff were very helpful to the extent that they promptly delivered the passport to us at the airport. Thank you so much for the excellent service and very memorable experience!

I stayed at Wyndham Garden Astana hotel for 2 nights. I understand the hotel is relevantly new so everything seems to be fresh. The service was nice and helpful. However, the downside was that my room was overlooking the construction site where the builders started working quite early so I was woken up by the bang on both mornings. I did provide this feedback to the hotel and they were apologetic about it. If you decide to stay there simply ask for a room overlooking the globe as I understand that has a better view especially at night. Other than that the facilities were good including gym and sauna. Room service offers nice food and although I was late for breakfast one morning they served lovely food to me also.

Очень посредственное место
В целом отель нормальный, всё чисто, номера достаточно комфортные. Но, всё портит персонал. Любые просьбы нужно повторять дважды-трижды. Абсолютно нерасторопные. Ресторан в отеле это вообще дно. Не советую там ужинать. На замечание о качестве блюда и отказ от него мне в конце было сказано: ну вы же оплатите счет за это блюдо.

Comfortable hotel conveniently located
The hotel is close to the EXPO, the congress centre and the university, all within 10 minutes walking distance. Also the large Skymall with many shops and restaurants is close by. For visitors to these facilities I recommend the hotel since it is good value for money. The hotel itself is also a good place to stay with comfortable rooms and a good restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty.

Ok not best
The Hotel is ok, but not comparable with the hotels of the group. Very noisy and far out from the city, but close to the airport. For business it’s ok.
