We had a very pleasant stay and were given an older style room which we prefer. The decor is preferable to us as it is brighter and there is more cupboard space. The new decor is quite gloomy. It is our 8th stay in the hotel.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. Overall experience at The Jervois was great. Staffs at the front desk were helpful. Location of the hotel is very central, many restaurants and cafes nearby, conveniently located. Only wished the washer and dryer in the unit can be wash and dry in one cycle.
