Wifi connection was excellent as well. It would've been even better if the kitchen had water views. The staff was generally friendly and provided great service, however, we would have appreciated it if we were advised of the schedule of shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel as we had to catch taxi on...

"Pros: beautiful grounds and rooms. Hot spring inside your room was a plus, the heated pool was amazing. Free shuttle to nearby station Cons: far from everything so buy all the food and things you need before going to the hotel. "
